Veneers are wafer thin shells of ceramic material that are bonded to the fronts of the teeth. The result is beautiful, naturally white teeth.
Unfortunately, nature isn’t kind enough to give everyone a beautiful set of teeth. But there are other factors that can negatively affect the appearance of our teeth. They can become discoloured or damaged due to illness or medication, or chipped in an (often sports-related) accident. Veneers are wafer thin shells of ceramic material that are firmly bonded (cemented) to the specially prepared frontal surfaces of the front teeth. The functionality of the tooth is not affected in any way. To ensure that a fully natural impression is created, the veneers are matched in form and in colour with the neighbouring teeth.
